This year, the Cyberport Placement and Internship Programme has matched internship positions for 100 students, which doubled the number from last year and hit a 10-year high, reflecting that local innovation and technologies are still eager for talents. Among them, Wonderkin, a startup in the Cyberport Incubation Programme, recruited 7 local students as summer intern this year to be responsible for application transformation and market development. Participants believed that they have witnessed the launch of the finished product during the internship, and gained a sense of satisfaction, leading to intentions in joining the innovation and technology industry after graduation.
